RETURNS

If for any reason you aren’t happy with your BRENITY  order, you can return the item(s) for a full refund.

You have 14 days to post your return back to us, starting from the day you receive your order.

Please note that if you return an item, you will need to cover the cost of postage. However if you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, then we will cover those charges. We suggest using a trackable postage option. Unfortunately if the package is lost on its way to us, our Customer Happiness team will be limited in what they can do to compensate you.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

 So please take care when trying on your new garments for the first time.

- Clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, free from make-up & fake tan

- We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back. 

- Postage must be covered to send the item back to us

- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.

- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate sets with briefs, makeup or jewelry so please choose wisely.

- All clothing & swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear as returns will not be accepted if removed. 

- Please return shoes within its box in a postage bag, the box must be received in original condition. 

- It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

- Unreturnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

 

Once we receive your return, it takes 5-7 business days to process and issue your store credit. If your postal tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our warehouse but the store credit hasn’t appeared in your BRENITY account after 5-7 business days, please follow up with our Customer Happiness Team

BRENITY  strives to ensure security, integrity and privacy of personally identifiable information of its customers. BRENITY uses a variety of physical and electronic security measures to keep personal information secure from misuse, loss or unauthorised access, modifications or disclosure, including restricting physical access to its offices, firewalls and secure databases. Our website www.brenity.com uses Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) encryption to protect all your personal information and credit card details. We follow all requirements & industry standard encryptions. 

 

BRENITY ensures that any personal information that you provide during the registration and checkout process is kept confidential and is solely used for the purpose of processing your order. BRENITY does not disclose information entered on our site to any external organisations or third parties.

Please note: your email address will be used to receive information about new products and special offers when you subscribe to BRENITY  email updates. If you do not wish to receive updates, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by logging into your account and opting out of the mailing list.

 

In the event that you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password to be sent to your registered email address. Alternatively, you can email jordan@brenitystore.com for assistance and you will be sent a new temporary password to your email address. Upon receiving your new temporary password, you may change it in your 'My Account' tab for added security purposes.

 

BRENITY  may suggest third party links from other sites to our customers. We are not responsible for any of the content on these sites and cannot be held liable for any possible damages incurred from that content.

 

PURCHASES & PAYMENT

Customers must provide BRENITY with complete and accurate details when making purchases. BRENITY  is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase or returned goods. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.  

 

All of our prices are in USD, BRENITY is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks.

 

Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once BRENITY receives payment either through Credit Card, PayPal or Afterpay.

 

Payment or debiting of your credit/debit card will be completed when you accept to complete the transaction at checkout. BRENITY uses the square  for all online credit card transactions. Your credit card number cannot be viewed by BRENITY or any third party.

 

We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If your transaction is flagged in our system (suspected fraud), we will check your order by phoning you on the given number or email to ensure that the purchase has been made by the credit card holder. If we find anyone trying to use another person's details, BRENITY will report all transaction information to the Australian Federal Police and banking authorities.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in the US

Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out. For shipping times & costs, please see our SHIPPING INFORMATION page. 

 

CANCELLATION

After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract.

Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by BRENITY. In addition, BRENITY  reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders.
